Your legs may hurt, your arms may sore, and it’s so easy to just watch TV and eat your favourite snack compared to exercise. People tend to choose easy ways to avoid suffering, it’s human nature and also an instinct way to protect ourselves.


Lastly, there might be no strong motivation or no strong reward to motivate you to lose weight. As mentioned before, lose weight takes months or years, not everyone can find a strong motivation to be persistent in weight loss.
